Join Truist as a Universal Banker, providing client service and support sales. Work 20 hours per week at Westover Boulevard, Albany, GA.

• Process client transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Educate clients on digital solutions such as ATMs, online, and mobile banking.
• Support sales outreach through outbound calls and client needs assessment.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Adhere to internal controls and operational procedures.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• PC keyboard proficiency and basic computer applications.
• Ability to multi-task and work weekends/extended hours as required.

• One year of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Knowledge of advanced branch transactions and risk management.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients.
• Understanding of bank operations, policies, and procedures.
