About the Role:

The Automotive Inventory Expert. We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented Field Service Representative to join the growing team at Auto Source Group. This is a fast-paced, highly active, and outdoor role where your efficiency and hard work are rewarded with competitive pay for performance. You will be responsible for preparing new and used vehicles on dealership lots for their online listings.

If you enjoy working independently, staying active, and being around cars, and you re comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions, this is the job for you. No professional photography experience is required; we provide all equipment and paid training.

• Vehicle Preparation: Print and apply essential window stickers/labels to used vehicles in the field.
• Digital Capture: Photograph both the interior and exterior of new and used vehicles using a company-provided smartphone, tablet, and/or DSLR camera, adhering strictly to specific photo set and quality standards.
• Lot Logistics: Handle vehicle keys responsibly, reposition vehicles on the lot as needed to capture the best images, and ensure all vehicles are returned to the correct, secure location.
• Professional Interaction: Interact professionally with dealership management for check-in/check-out procedures and job completion updates.
• Field Work & Safety: Work efficiently while outdoors and on your feet throughout the day, following all dealership and company safety protocols at all times.

• Reliability & Mobility: Valid driver s license and vehicle insurance. Reliable transportation (a motorcycle is not acceptable).
• Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in photo-taking and vehicle prep. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Comfortable using a smartphone, tablet, and/or camera (training provided).
• Environment: Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Experience: Prior automotive industry experience is a plus, but not required. Candidates with experience in active, service-oriented jobs such as auto detailer, valet, installer, pest control, and pool work would likely be a great fit.

• Compensation: Competitive pay for performance model.
• Schedule: Stable, yet flexible schedule with no nights, and only the occasional Saturday (NEVER a Sunday).
• Support: We provide all customer accounts, equipment, and paid training. You are only responsible for servicing existing customers.

Auto Source Group is an Internet Automotive Merchandising company that partners with different dealerships to take detailed photos and videos of vehicles.
