About Our Clinic
Goodrich Veterinary Clinic is a well-respected, full-service practice located in Omaha, Nebraska serving a loyal and growing client base. We are excited to welcome an Associate Veterinarian to join our expanding team in a clinic that values quality medicine, client education, and a sustainable, team-first approach to care.
Clinic Snapshot- Practice type: General Practice (Small Animal)
- Avg. daily patient volume: Varied caseload with steady appointment flow
- Support staff ratio: 2:1
- Case mix: Wellness and preventative care, diagnostics, dentistry, soft tissue surgery, client education
- Technology & equipment: In-house laboratory, digital radiography, dental suite, surgical suite
- Team culture: Collaborative, supportive, and mentorship-friendly with a focus on quality medicine and respectful communication

- $120,000 - $140,000 annual salary + production bonus
- DVM Long-Term Incentive (LTI) Cash Program - earn annual bonuses based on your production
- No negative accrual:

You are a veterinarian who is:
- Passionate about patient care and long-term client relationships
- A collaborative teammate who thrives in a positive, supportive culture
- Committed to continuous growth and excellence
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited university (required)
- Compassionate, client-centered approach to care
- Strong communication and client-education skills
