Codornices Veterinary Clinic, part of the Ameri Vet family, is a busy six-doctor veterinary hospital dedicated to providing high-quality care to pets and excellent service to their families. Our team works in a fast-paced, supportive environment where teamwork and compassion are essential.### Schedule Must be available to work Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, with occasional Saturdays as needed.### Compensation $20.00 – $25.00 per hour, depending on experience.###

Job Summary The Client Service Representative (CSR) is the first and last point of contact for our clients and plays an important role in creating a positive experience for pets and their owners. This position is ideal for someone who is a fast learner, strong multitasker, and comfortable working in a very busy reception environment.### Responsibilities
* Greet clients and their pets and provide friendly customer service
* Answer phones and schedule appointments
* Manage client communications including reminders and follow-ups
* Maintain accurate client and patient records
* Process payments and assist with check-in and check-out
* Communicate effectively with doctors and technicians to support patient care
* Help maintain an organized and welcoming front desk### Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
* Basic computer and scheduling software skills
* Veterinary or medical office experience preferred but not required### Working Conditions
* Fast-paced veterinary clinic environment
* Occasional lifting up to 40 pounds may be required
