Retail Sales Associate – US Patriot (Part Time, Fort Wainwright, AK)

Starting Rate: $17.75/hour. Join a FUN sales team and help soldiers and airmen access top brands including Nike, Oakley, and Under Armour. • Greet customers promptly and respond to all needs.
• Answer inquiries about price, quality, fabric type, specifications, and usability.
• Upsell additional items and recommend add‑on products.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to promote sales.
• Replenish merchandise and monitor floor stock to ensure inventory availability.
• Maintain a clean and orderly store at all times.
• Complete paperwork correctly and efficiently.
• Provide information regarding contract specifications and products.
• Handle irate customers professionally and courteously.
• Assist with product questions and provide information over the phone.
• Communicate closely with the retail department to meet customer needs with 100% accuracy.
• Adhere to company mission, policies, procedures, and practices.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Friendly, outgoing, and helpful demeanor.
• Previous retail or customer service experience a plus; training provided.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision under pressure situations.
• Ability to stand for entire shift.
• Ability to handle merchandise up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible shift hours, 7 days a week.
