The Coopers Tavern is open seven days a week, offering lunch, dinner, bar, and weekend brunch menus. We use the best of local ingredients, intentionally sourcing meats, cheese, produce, and bread as locally and sustainably as possible. Our goal is to offer high-quality, artisan‑crafted flavors in a friendly, comfortable pub setting. Our famous Reuben, award‑winning burger, and Amy’s salad have garnered a cult following.

Position Summary/Job Duties:
The Line Cook prepares food to the exact Chef’s specifications. The Line cook position is responsible for preparing food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces). The Line Cook assists with menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff and assists with preparation tasks during their down time.
Qualifications:- Professional kitchen experience, including working a hot line and grill is preferred
- Experience in full service restaurant is desired
- Understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment
- Flexible schedule
- Task‑driven individual
