As a Food Runner at the Talkeetna Alaskan Lodge, you will assist wait staff in serving food, refilling drinks, and cleaning guest tables. Your core responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with wait staff to ensure tables are cleared, cleaned, and ready for the next guests
• Prepare the dining room by setting tables and stocking necessary supplies before service begins
• Support wait staff by assisting with delivery of food and retrieval of required supplies
• Arrange tables for large parties
• Maintain a clean and sanitary bussing station

• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude with a winning mindset
• Flexible and dependable availability
• Physical ability to bend, lift, climb stairs, and lift up to 20 pounds
• Previous busser experience is viewed as an advantage

The starting wage for this role is $14.00/hour
