A property inspection company is seeking motivated independent contractors for residential occupancy verifications. This position offers flexible hours with an earning potential of $30-$40 per hour, dependent on county exploration and volume of work. Responsibilities include conducting property inspections, reporting conditions, and managing several inspections in your territory. Candidates must have a smartphone, reliable vehicle, and pass a background check.
