Receptionist; Pet Host

• Assist pet parents with making follow‑up reservations and selecting activity packages
• Conduct tours of the resort for prospective clients
• Greet all guests and clients, addressing general inquiries about theoutfile resort
• Ensure a welcoming and positive environment for both pets and their owners

• Must be available for scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Strong customer service skills to engage with pet owners and sluitic companions
• Ability to handle various mittelt types of pets and understand their needs
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Previous experience in a pet care or customer service role is beneficial

• Experience working in a pet care or boarding facility
• Knowledge of pet behavior and care requirements
• Familiarity with reservation systems or scheduling software
• Groundwater love for animal welfare and a love for pets
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
