Schedule:

• Night shift: 7:00 pm - 7:00 am
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week

Responsibilities include:

• Providing comprehensive nursing care to stepdown patients, monitoring vital signs and managing complex clinical conditions
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed, with ongoing patient assessment
• Documenting patient information accurately and timely, following regulatory and hospital guidelines
• Responding quickly and effectively to patient needs in an acute care environment

Qualifications and Desired

Experience:

• Active RN license held at the time of application submission
• Proven experience in stepdown or progressive care nursing
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate care with healthcare teams
• Ability to work the designated night shift hours for this 13-week assignment
