  • Work safely at all times, wear appropriate PPE, and follow all brewhouse safety protocols.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment; report unresolved issues to the Head Brewer.
  • Assist with inventory management of raw materials, CIP chemicals, and brewery supplies.
  • Support brewery and pub cleaning and maintenance projects as needed.
  • Deliver beer to company locations and accounts as required; must be comfortable driving company vehicles.
  • Collaborate with the brewing team on recipe development and special brewing projects.
  • Assist with brewery events, tours, and public-facing activities if needed (occasionally).

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and take initiative.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; must be a team player.
  • Ability to lift 55 lbs (grain bags) and move kegs using hand trucks and pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and days as required by production needs (most shifts between 7:00 AM–5:00 PM).
  • Must be 21 years or older and hold a valid driver’s license.
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, in accordance with applicable law.
