Primary Responsibilities

• Safely set‑up and operate company production equipment
• Understand and use measuring and testing equipment
• Read and understand blueprints and other engineering specifications
• Perform housekeeping, organization, documentation for quality and system labor reporting daily
• Attend meetings and participate on continuous improvement projects
• Troubleshoot both equipment and jobs, if needed
• Follow the production schedule for the area and reports sub‑standard rates
• Other duties as assigned
