Assist with start-of-season plumbing setup and water line activation;
Prepare guest rooms, public areas, and employee housing through inspections and minor repairs;
Respond to maintenance requests promptly (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, general repairs);
Perform routine preventative maintenance checks on equipment, appliances, guest rooms, and building systems;
Maintain lodge grounds and exterior building care; document work orders
