ATTENTION ALASKA RESIDENTS

The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF) Northern Region Highways and Aviation is looking for a Seasonal Full‑Time Equipment Operator Journey 1 in Tok, to help us Keep Alaska Moving!

What you will be doing
  • Perform year‑round maintenance of state highways and airports within the district.
  • Operate and service heavy and light‑duty equipment, including dump trucks and attachments.
  • Maintain vegetation, signs, barricades, fences, bridges, culverts, drainage structures, bike paths, and road surfaces within the State Right‑of‑Way.
  • Carry out traffic control duties, including flagging.
