• prepare cocktails, drinks, and delicious snacks with a few skilled moves, ensuring smooth and seamless service
• let your imagination run wild and create your own drinks, depending on the season
• know what’s trending, support your lead in designing the bar menu, and assist with bar training for the team
• take on various tasks in the service area and support other front desk activities
• assist with goods receiving, inspection, and storage, keeping the mise-en-place to our setups and standards
• share insider tips with guests, guiding them to the best hotspots in the city

• previous experience in a similar position, ideally in lifestyle hotels or at the city’s bar hotspots
• flexible and ready to work in shifts
• reliable, able to multitask, and eager to learn
• empathetic with others and enthusiastic in engaging with colleagues and guests
• great sense of humour, enjoys teamwork, and loves interacting with guests
• fluency in French and English
