PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Provides administrative support services to the Community Health Aides in our village-based clinics.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Competent with computers, multiple phone lines, and basic office equipment.
- Basic knowledge of computer programs.
- Prior office experience preferred.
- Self-motivated and highly organized.
- Courteous and provides quality customer service.
- Able to obtain CPR/BLS Certification.
- Travel for workshops/trainings.
- Ability to multitask, and capable of working in high demand situations.
- Able to use English effectively for both written and verbal communication.
- Dependable and maintains confidentiality.
- Ability to type at least 40 wpm.
