Position Responsibilities:

Level 3
* Represents Quality function on team activities to integrate contractual and Boeing Quality Management System requirements into all aspects of proposals and program processes and documentation.

* Provides Quality interpretation of requirements.

* Develop quality metrics, design and production certification plans for small programs to ensure compliance with contractual, Company and regulatory requirements.

* Conducts capability assessments and process validations to support supplier selection activities.

* Participates in various reviews to ensure quality attributes are incorporated into product designs.

* Performs analysis, tests and process audits to ensure manufacturing and test readiness.

* Provides material review dispositions for non-conformances.

* Analyzes non-conformance trends to evaluate effectiveness of corrective actions. Recommend corrective actions to address non-conformances.

* Performs bench-marking and other forms of analysis to ensure specified processes capability levels are achieved.

* Works under general direction.
Level 4
* Leads integration of contractual and Boeing Quality Management System requirements into all aspects of proposals and program processes and documentation.

* Provides interpretation of complex requirements.

* Develops quality metrics, design and production certification plans for large programs to ensure compliance with contractual, Company and regulatory requirements.

* Develops Quality criteria to support supplier selection activities.

* Leads various reviews to ensure quality attributes are incorporated into product designs.

* Develops and selects methods for analysis, testing and audit to ensure manufacturing and test readiness.

* Assists in development of new standards repairs for non-conformances.

* Analyzes non-conformance trends to evaluate effectiveness of corrective actions.

* Develops and implements corrective actions.

* Performs bench-marking and other forms of advanced analysis to ensure specified processes capability levels are achieved.

* Works under minimal direction. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
* Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science

* 3+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)

* 3 + years of experience with Quality metrics and/or data analytics

* 3 + years of experience reading and understanding engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, and specifications

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (ie: Power Point, Word, excel, Outlook, etc.)

* Experience working or inspecting non-conformance work orders

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
* 5+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)

* 5 + years of experience with Quality metrics and/or data analytics

* Experience mentoring, coaching, guiding, and leading teams/less experienced team members

* System Integration experience a plus

* Ability to work autonomously

* Excellent Communication, interpersonal, customer service, organizational experience

* Experience in Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) and Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA)

* Familiar with drawing/data systems and configuration management principles and processes Conflict of Interest:
