Afterschool Assistant Director – O’Keeffe Middle School

• Assist with the overall supervision and management of after school programs
• Lead and create engaging activities for students in grades 6-8
• Interact with staff, students, and families to foster a welcoming environment
• Enforce school rules and policies to ensure student safety
• Perform administrative tasks as assigned

• Training and experience in teaching recreational activities to children
• Previous experience supervising, evaluating, and coaching staff
• Ability to respond quickly and efficiently in emergencies
• Strong listening, organizational, and communication skills
• Must be able to multitask effectively

• Experience supporting the social and emotional needs of middle school‑aged youth
• Bilingual in Spanish or Hmong
• CPR/First Aid certification
