- Supervise students during field trips and help prepare for guest speakers
- Track student progress, taking daily attendance and reporting observations to the Program Manager
- Maintain a professional mentor-student relationship while encouraging friendly interactions
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with students, administration, and support staff
- Experience working with high school-aged students
- Energetic approach to learning and respect for individual differences
- Lab experience preferred
- Passion for working with students in grades K-12, particularly in summer camps or precollege programs
- Proven ability to maintain a professional relationship while being a friendly support system
- Experience in building community within small and large groups
- Comfort in problem-solving and working in a fast-paced environment
