- Familiarity with CRM software, with Salesforce and/or Catalyst being an asset
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders
- Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Strong analytical skills to track customer health and identify improvement areas
- Proven ability to handle objections from multiple perspectives and stakeholders
- Technical acumen to effectively communicate complex concepts
- Demonstrated success in driving customer outcomes and resolving issues ahead of renewal
