What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Conduct regular, data-focused account reviews to drive customer outcomes and resolve issues proactively
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to improve future strategies
  • Stay updated on product developments and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support to customers
  • Escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Provide strategic support and enablement to clients, acting as an extension of their business
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 3 years of account management experience in complex SaaS software
  • Proven expertise in client retention strategies and ensuring high customer satisfaction
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively as part of a team
  • Familiarity with CRM software, with Salesforce and/or Catalyst being an asset
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders
