What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts to ensure adoption and strong customer health in alignment with retention revenue goals
  • Develop success plans to achieve customer goals through effective use of the employer's tools
  • Analyze customer data to drive ROI and make strategic recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality outcomes for customers
  • Present insights and strategies to C-Suite executives and other key stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 4-5 years of software/B2B customer success management experience
  • Experience managing complex customer portfolios with 100+ location merchants in the restaurant, retail, and service industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort in public speaking
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
  • Familiarity with software tools such as Salesforce, Catalyst, Front, and Notion
