(Job Responsibilities):

• Develop a deep understanding of the platform and market to drive strategic planning and growth
• Serve as a driving force for innovation in customer and end-user experience, collaborating with design and research teams
• Interface with clients to gather requirements and iterate on product features
• Build strong relationships and facilitate strategic alignment with cross-functional leads
• Analyze key product feature metrics to optimize features post-launch

• Minimum of 10 years of software product management experience in high-leverage roles
• At least 5 years of experience working in SaaS startups, ideally in ecommerce or retail fields
• Proven track record of creating highly intuitive and usable business- and consumer-facing experiences
• Exceptional communication skills, adaptable to various audiences including C-level executives
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, computer science, economics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience

• Familiarity with Metabase, SQL, or similar business intelligence tools
• Technical background, including understanding API documentation and formal education in programming
