What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide excellent customer service through front office coverage, answering and directing incoming calls and in-person queries
  • Support employees in completing employment paperwork
  • Accurately enter and audit data for current and future employees in various programs and databases
  • Run reports and track various processes related to Human Resources
  • Assist with filing, retention, and purging of Human Resources-related records, including scanning and archiving confidential paperwork
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Successful completion of a confidential criminal background check
  • Prior office and customer service experience is preferred
  • Data entry experience is a bonus
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in a customer service role within an office setting
  • Familiarity with Human Resources policies and procedures
  • Proficiency in data entry and computer skills
