Overview

Responsibilities- Develop treatment plans

- Provide direct rehab care in accordance with laws and Life Care standards
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
- Current state physical therapy license
- Preferably one year of post-acute care experience
- 5,000 sign-on bonus
- In-house rehab programs
- Continuing education opportunities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
