Leasing Consultant; Holloman AFB

Winn Companies is looking for a Leasing Consultant to join our military housing team at Holloman Air Force Base in Alamogordo, NM
.

In this role, you will be responsible for showing, selling, and leasing homes, working with prospective residents, and managing the waitlist. The selected candidate will follow the specified work schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional on-call activity. This position is located at a federal facility; a REAL  driver’s license/ required to access the federal facility in accordance with the REAL  (effective May 7, 2025).

• Review prospective residents' applications to verify qualifications for the community according to all applicable laws and regulations.
• Handle telephone inquiries, internet leads, and walk-in traffic; manage lead follow-up through CRM.
• Maintain and increase occupancy by selling and leasing homes, matching customers’ needs with available inventory, and communicating the value of the community.
• Utilize features/benefits and conduct virtual and physical tours to communicate community value.
• Ensure the property is rent-ready and presentable (interior and exterior) with attention to the five senses.
• Perform administrative functions required to lease property, including processing rental applications, data entry, correspondence, waitlist maintenance, and resident files.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Current driver’s license in good standing and ability to meet driving records standards.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Proficient with web-based applications and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• REAL t to access a federal facility (as noted above).

• Associate’s degree.
• NALP certification.
• Experience in property management.
• Experience with Yardi property management software.
