Position: Clinic Patient Representative - Orthopedic Surgery - 324810
Christus Health -  -  - Responsibilities:
Answer practice phones and schedules patient appointments.;
Accurately registers arriving patients for appointments and accurately gathers all necessary information.;
Accurately scans/receives all required documents into patient's account.;
Collects patient's co-payments and outstanding balances at the time of service and posts to account and daily log.;
Assists patients with general insurance, billing and other inquiries they might have pertaining to their accounts or referred to certified patient tech.
