Christus Health - - - Responsibilities:
Transcribes orders; separates emergency / stat orders from regular workflow; notifies licensed nursing staff in an accurate and timely manner.;
Maintains patient charts and files reports and test results accurately; prepares charts for medical records at discharge.;
Notifies physician office of patient admission, location, and/or transfer in a timely manner.;
Assists with orientation of unit personnel as requested.;
Maintains supplies and forms relative to patient census and keeps nursing station clean and organized.
