Base pay range: $95,000.00/yr - $/yr

G&E Partners are working with a Top 25 ENR Commercial GC, with $7B in revenue and 13 offices across the US. They specialize in a wide range of markets including data centers, federal, healthcare, education, office, manufacturing, sports, and hospitality, focusing on large-scale projects.

They’re seeking a Senior Integrated Construction Coordinator for their $B+ NDA data center campus in New Mexico.

• Plan, execute, and manage VDC (Virtual Design and Construction) workflows using appropriate technology platforms.
• Apply BIM/VDC applications including existing conditions modelling, 4D phase planning, site analysis, design reviews, 3D visualization and coordination, digital fabrication, and 3D control planning.
• Serve as the primary VDC point of contact for construction team members, providing guidance and reporting throughout all project phases.
• Support and facilitate training on VDC tools, workflows, and best practices.
• Actively contribute to the IDAT (Integrated Delivery Advancement Team) community of practice, sharing insights to enhance team knowledge.
• Participate in daily work planning sessions.
• Document workflows and propose improvements to enhance company process standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Minimum 3 years VDC engineer experience.
• Experience with VDC/BIM on large-scale, MEP-heavy builds.
• Strong job tenure with other leading ENR GCs.
