Assistant Manager 39493 – Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut)

Dhanani Group Inc is hiring an Assistant Manager for its Ayvaz Pizza location. The role focuses on assisting with daily restaurant operations to ensure every customer receives friendly and personalized service with great food promptly delivered in a clean and inviting environment.

We are looking for a self‑motivated, dynamic team player to join our team. The Assistant Manager works closely with the District Manager and other team members to maintain operational standards and procedures.

As an integral member of the Operations Team, this position is responsible for:

• Overseeing restaurant daily operations.
• Maintaining day‑to‑day financial controls.
• Creating and managing staff schedules.
• Interviewing, hiring, training and orienting team members.
• Providing coaching, counseling, and staff development, and managing team relations.
• Ensuring proper food handling, equipment maintenance, and facility management.
• Ensuring health and safety inspections meet standards.
• Setting the tone for a fun, family‑friendly environment.

• Minimum 1 year experience as Assistant Manager in high‑volume food service concepts.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays (restaurant closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas).
• Valid driver’s license in good standing and access to private transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent and all documents required by state and federal law.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, results‑oriented and customer‑service focused skills.
