In this role, you’ll champion continuous improvement while driving performance across quality, productivity, and delivery. You’ll collaborate with supply chain, engineering, and leadership teams to keep production running efficiently and sustainably.
How you’ll make an impact- Lead safe, compliant production operations and foster a proactive safety culture.
- Develop capacity plans aligned with business strategy and long‑term roadmaps.
- Manage daily production activities and adjust schedules to meet customer needs.
- Monitor KPIs, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Oversee production budgets and ensure costs stay within targets.
- Allocate materials, equipment, and labor to maximize productivity.
- Collaborate with supply chain to maintain inventory and support material flow.
- Drive process improvements and waste reduction using lean methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and lean principles.
- Proven ability to lead teams and build a culture of continuous improvement.
- Skilled in interpreting operational data, KPIs, and financial metrics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and levels.
