How You’ll Make an Impact- Write, maintain, and analyze process recipes across digital platforms.
- Conduct testing, gather data, and prepare clear reports and graphics.
- Support engineering teams on complex projects and development tasks.
- Write technical specifications for equipment procurement.
- Operate engineering and design software to perform technical tasks.
- Assist with capital project planning for new equipment or major repairs.
- Integrate electrical systems with renewable energy solutions.
- Lead or participate in LEAN‑focused Kaizen and process improvement events.
- Experience in manufacturing environments preferred.
- Familiarity with testing standards, calculations, and technical documentation.
- Ability to use engineering software, including SAP and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Interest in continuous improvement, process optimization, and innovation.
