Position:

The Sales Representative will assist the General Manager in driving new membership sales by bringing in new members and booking demo classes. The role also involves supporting member retention. Pilates knowledge is preferred but not required.

Requirements:
  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve sales targets in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training
  • Ability to learn and operate the Club Ready software system
  • Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills via in-person, phone, and email
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed
Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads, follow up, and close sales
  • Conduct facility tours, establishing relationships and identifying client needs
  • Maintain personal sales targets
  • Promote the club’s fitness and wellness objectives
  • Present services to current and prospective members
  • Book appointments to meet sales quotas
  • Participate in promotional events like health fairs and community activities
  • Develop selling skills continuously
  • Perform other duties as assigned
