Training Coordinator

Our client is seeking a dedicated and proactive Training Coordinator to join their team. As a Training Coordinator, you will support the Learning and Development initiatives, ensuring effective training delivery and compliance across the organization.

Job Title: Training Coordinator
Location: Alameda, CA
12 Months Contract
100% Onsite

Pay Range: $33 to $37/hr on W2

• Administer and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and Quality System Training Program to ensure employees are properly trained.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot the LMS; serve as the primary contact for LMS-related inquiries.
• Support upgrades, integrations, and feature rollouts to optimize learning platforms.
• Develop and deliver training sessions, create user guides, and support content maintenance.
• Generate reports on training metrics and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Science, Engineering, Human Resources, Business, or Instructional Design preferred; equivalent education and experience accepted.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in the medical device or FDA-regulated industry.
• Experience with LMS administration, preferably Allego; knowledge of adult learning principles is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience supporting a global user base and managing multilingual content
