This onsite role is located in Alameda, CA. It is not a remote or hybrid role.

The IT Product Manager – Product Lifecycle is responsible for driving process optimization, fostering cross‑functional collaboration, and managing data integrity through the implementation of global solutions such as Windchill. The role oversees change orders and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards while supporting organizational objectives. By aligning systems with industry best practices, the position promotes continuous improvement and facilitates knowledge sharing across the enterprise.

The IT Product Manager – Product Lifecycle role is responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Product Life Cycle Management (PLM) solutions, Training and Quality Management Systems, and reporting. This role ensures effective integration of PLM solutions into the company’s product development processes, enhancing collaboration, efficiency, and product quality.

• Facilitate secure information sharing and collaboration between manufacturing sites, R&D, TPMs, suppliers, and the Quality function.
• Implement and deploy solutions to meet evolving business needs, eliminating redundant systems and processes, and automating operations to deliver business efficiencies.
• Deliver solutions that enable the business to administer company quality and compliance training effectively, including implementing and maintaining systems supporting the creation, organization, and distribution of training content.

• Contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives.
• Develop long‑term roadmaps to align business strategy with technology strategy to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Manage project demand to ensure resources are allocated effectively.
• Bring insight, knowledge, best practices, and feedback to strategic discussions to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
