Overview
This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist role involves providing direct patient care to improve speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities within a skilled nursing environment.
Responsibilities- Evaluate, develop, and implement treatment plans; communicate progress with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams; and document services accurately.
- Supervise and collaborate with team members, contribute to professional development, and ensure safe working practices.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory documentation, manage billing, and support facility-wide patient care initiatives.
- Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology
- 2-3 years of rehab experience
- CCC-SLP certification
- Valid licensure
