Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, lead, and coordinate monthly and annual financial reporting, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Develop and implement internal control systems, conducting audits and updates to maintain financial accuracy.
- Analyze financial metrics and key data to provide actionable insights for cost reduction and improved profitability.
- Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory control, and payroll processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage banking, treasury, and external consulting relationships, ensuring proper cash flow management and compliance.
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with an MBA preferred.
- A minimum of 10+ years of experience in financial management, including four years in audit.
- Demonstrate proficiency in accounting, financial controls, and regulatory compliance.
- Exhibit strong analytical abilities with keen attention to financial details and reporting accuracy.
- Possess proven leadership, communication, and teamwork skills to oversee teams and financial operations.
- Apply expertise in consumer goods, manufacturing, or retail accounting for financial oversight.
- Lead system improvements and error resolution, working closely with IT and ERP platforms such as SAP S4 Hana.
- Train, mentor, and manage accounting staff, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Participate in strategic planning, setting objectives, and managing execution of financial projects.
- A CPA certification to strengthen accounting expertise and industry knowledge.
