Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the General Manager to drive profitable growth and strong cash flow generation.
- Lead initiatives in cost control, working capital reduction, and ERP system improvements.
- Ensure internal controls and procedures meet SOX 404 compliance requirements.
- Oversee timely month-end closings and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Prepare reports and analyze trends in expenditures, inventory, product costs, and margin improvement.
- Demonstrate proficiency with ERP systems such as Hyperion, One Stream, or XA.
- Apply advanced Microsoft Excel skills to support financial analysis and reporting.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Maintain the highest standards of accuracy, precision, and organizational discipline.
- Exhibit strong executive presence and the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited institution.
- 10+ years of experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry.
- Display understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and capital budgeting.
- Possess a strong business acumen and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Adapt to evolving business needs and contribute to strategic financial leadership.
