Job Responsibilities:
- Process and analyze utility data to generate accurate and timely client invoices.
- Prepare and deliver billing statements through digital platforms or traditional mail services.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure billing accuracy and meet reporting deadlines.
- Communicate with clients and utility providers to resolve billing discrepancies and clarify account details.
- Monitor client usage patterns and identify anomalies or trends through data analysis.
- At least 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with a focus on service delivery.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and file comparisons.
- Familiarity with business systems such as SQL, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or Access.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret and process complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills for both written and verbal interactions with clients and colleagues.
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment with a focus on shared goals.
- Capable of producing ad hoc reports and supporting analysis as needed.
