We are seeking a dedicated Senior Specialist in Business Process to join our team. This role is essential for driving continuous improvement initiatives and fostering a culture of operational excellence.

• Lead and implement continuous improvement projects utilizing methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities aimed at cost reduction and efficiency enhancement.
• Develop project plans and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business strategies.
• Facilitate change management processes and support team members in adapting to new practices.
• Monitor project metrics and report on progress to stakeholders effectively.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field.
• A minimum of two years of experience in project management and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical skills and a customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate teamwork and collaboration.

• Experience in operations or business improvement roles.
• Proficiency in change management techniques.
• Familiarity with industrial engineering principles.
