Addison Group is partnering with our client, a well-established organization in the life sciences space, to hire an experienced administrative professional to support senior leadership. Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Temporary Senior Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to executive leaders. This position requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing complex logistics while maintaining strict confidentiality. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in a dynamic environment and interacting with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate complex calendars for senior executives, ensuring efficient scheduling and prioritization
  • Arrange domestic travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and detailed itineraries
  • Prepare, submit, and track expense reports and reimbursements
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including visitor logistics and event support
  • Serve as a central point of contact for communications, including email and phone inquiries
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects and company initiatives
  • Provide additional administrative coverage and support as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • Demonstrated experience supporting VP-level or higher executives
  • Strong background in calendar management, travel coordination, and expense processing
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech environments preferred
