Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Temporary Senior Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to executive leaders. This position requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing complex logistics while maintaining strict confidentiality. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in a dynamic environment and interacting with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and coordinate complex calendars for senior executives, ensuring efficient scheduling and prioritization
- Arrange domestic travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and detailed itineraries
- Prepare, submit, and track expense reports and reimbursements
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including visitor logistics and event support
- Serve as a central point of contact for communications, including email and phone inquiries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects and company initiatives
- Provide additional administrative coverage and support as needed
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- Demonstrated experience supporting VP-level or higher executives
- Strong background in calendar management, travel coordination, and expense processing
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech environments preferred
