Why This Role MattersWe are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to our Founder/CEO who is energized by science and inspired by purpose-driven work. In this role, you won’t simply manage calendars and logistics. You’ll be a trusted partner to a visionary Founder—helping transform ambitious ideas into organized, executable reality. You’ll be closely connected to groundbreaking research and the people behind it, supporting work that truly makes a difference in patients’ lives.

What You’ll DoPartner with Leadership and Provide Executive Support to the Founder:
- Support the Founder/CEO in aligning daily priorities with long-term scientific and company goals
- Manage a dynamic, multi-stakeholder calendar spanning research, clinical, investor, and operational work
- Prepare thoughtful meeting materials and briefings
- Track action items and drive follow-through
- Anticipate needs and remove friction before it appears
- Coordinate travel and logistics for conferences, research partners, and site visits
- Help nurture relationships with scientists, clinicians, advisors, and investors
- Organize meetings for advisory boards and collaborators
- Support preparation of materials for presentations, publications, and reviews
- Create and maintain onboarding and people processes that help new team members thrive
- Schedule reviews, lab meetings, and cross-functional check-ins
- Organize contracts, protocols, and internal documentation
- Support compliance and investor diligence with care and precision
- Help plan off-sites, scientific retreats, and team gatherings
- Coordinate team travel and multi-location logistics
- Oversee office operations, vendors, and supplies
- Ensure visitors and partners always feel welcomed and supported
You are an experienced, thoughtful EA who feels at home in technical or research-driven environments—and who loves bringing clarity, warmth, and structure to complex work.
You may have:
- A GREAT writer!
- Experience supporting leaders in biotech, life sciences, healthcare, research, or technical startups
- Comfort working alongside PhDs, MDs, and scientific teams
- Genuine curiosity about neuroscience, medicine, and innovation
- A natural ability to organize information, people, and priorities
- A proactive, ownership-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
