Job Title: Administrative Assistant II
Location: 2901 Harbor Bay Pkwy, Alameda, CA 94502
Duration: 6 Months
Work Arrangement: Onsite (possible 1 remote day/week)
Pay Range: $33/hr to $36/hr (On W2)
We are looking for a “Administrative Assistant II” to join one of our Leading Healthcare Client.
Position OverviewThe Administrative Assistant II will provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders, including the Head of Technology, Head of Marketing, and Head of Strategic Operations. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, excellent follow-up skills, and the ability to work independently after training.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate meetings, calendars, and meeting logistics
- Manage and support internal and external events
- Track travel expenses using Concur
- Order office supplies, food, and beverages for meetings
- Support multiple department heads and collaborate across teams
- Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time without constant supervision
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Excellent follow-up and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in an administrative assistant or office coordinator role preferred
- High School Diploma or GED required (proof required)
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Ability to manage a fast-paced workload within a 40-hour workweek
