• Assemble large and heavy components using hand and power tools.
• Follow blueprints, work instructions, and checklists to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Perform hydraulic connections and ensure proper fit and fastening of parts.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Engineering, and Planning.

• Authorized to work in the U.S. on an indefinite basis without sponsorship.
• 1+ year experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with basic hand tools.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOMs.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Positive attitude, strong attendance, and willingness and ability to work overtime.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, and climb throughout the workday.
• Frequently lift and move items over 50 lbs.
• Must wear required PPE and successfully complete fit‑for‑work assessments (audiogram, lift test, physical exam).
• Comfortable working in a loud, fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

• Starting Pay Range: $19 - 24/hour based on experience + bonus opportunity.
