Location: Alachua, FL | Full-Time | On-Site | Hourly
What You’ll Do:- Perform welding tasks to assemble subassemblies and drilling rigs.
- Follow blueprints, work instructions, and checklists to ensure top-quality results.
- Use hand and power tools to support assembly based on BOM and manufacturing systems.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Assembly, Quality, Engineering, and more.
- At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Welding certification and a strong mechanical background.
- Familiarity with hand tools and welding equipment.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to work overtime or shifts as needed.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. on an indefinite basis without sponsorship.
- Starting Pay Range: $20 - 26/hour based on experience + bonus opportunity.

- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, and climb throughout the workday
- Frequently lift and move items over 50 lbs
- Must wear required PPE and successfully complete fit-for-work assessments (audiogram, lift test, physical exam)
- Comfortable working in a loud, fast-paced manufacturing environment
