General Labor, Maintenance Technician / Mechanic, Field/Service Technician, Forklift Operator
The Laborer is an entry level position responsible for maintaining clean and orderly grounds, facilities, and equipment and for assisting customers when needed. Laborers must be able to perform independently under close supervision. The Laborer must be willing to work in all climates and be able to perform physically challenging tasks such as cleaning mud and debris from machines and cleaning the wash pad area.
The position requires the basic knowledge of equipment operation including lift trucks, aerial equipment, on-highway trucks, and off-highway trucks. The Laborer will demonstrate initiative, commitment to teamwork, enthusiasm for customer service, and dedication to finding solutions in an efficient manner. The Laborer will advance in pay as attitude, skill level, and job performance allows.
- Basic safe machine operation
- Identification of material handling equipment product lines
- Follows 5-Star Contamination Control procedures
- Performs shop and yard clean-up and organization as required
- Operates wash rack equipment and properly cleans equipment as required
- Keeps accurate records of all work
- Assists customers and Company personnel on the yard

Qualifications Education- High school diploma or the equivalent
- No experience required (preferred: prior mechanical experience)
- Experience using personal computers and basic typing skills required
- Organizational skills

Working Conditions:
Work is normally performed in a Service Department shop or on location or customer job sites. Exposure to physical risk and all weather conditions is associated with this position. Standing on hard surfaces for extended periods of time is often required.
