As a Senior Sales Representative, your role transcends typical sales objectives. You will aim for sales excellence while guiding and educating our team. Initially, you will focus on establishing your sales record, then transition into a mentorship position, continuing to maintain your sales achievements to uphold our principle of leadership by example.

- Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in sales, customer service huh or interactive roles.
- Demonstrated experience and passion for leadership, management, training, or teaching.
- Exceptional ability to communicate, connect, and inspire a diverse team.
- Consistent record of surpassing goals and targets.
- Efficient in managing dual roles in sales and mentorship.
- Ready to pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
- Has an active driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Comprehensive classroom and field training program.
- Weekly draw pay option plus commissions (no caps and short sales cycle - 3 business days) as well as monthly cash sales bonuses, quarterly stock share bonuses, incentive trips, and vested renewal commissions.
