Bed OTR Driver

Overview

Seeking OTR Flatbed Drivers to join our team! You will be responsible for safely operating a truck with a capacity of at least 26,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW).

• Safely operate a heavy or tractor-trailer truck.
• Load and unload cargo.
• Properly track and document activity log.
• Report any issues or incidents to dispatch.
• Inspect truck before and after trip.

An individual who is employed in the OTR Flatbed Division is Guaranteed Home every 14 days. All mileage pay is based on loaded and empty miles. Experience is based on verifiable experience.

• No FMCSA violations.
• Less than six hours of violation exposure during the quarter.
• No preventable or at fault accidents.
• No traffic citations.
• Complete Pro Tread lessons monthly.
• Report all work-related injuries the day they occur.

The weekly minimum guarantee is $1,200 gross. Max Pay 58 CPM. Longevity Additional Pay as well as PTO and Vacation Pay.

Supplementary Compensation includes:

• Layover Pay - $25.00/day.
• Load Less than 100 miles - $25.00.
• Extra Stop Pay - $25.00 per stop.
• Tarp Pay - $30.00.
• Breakdown Pay - $150.00 per day.
• Orientation Pay - $100.00 per day (Ashford, AL).
• Trainer Pay - $100.00 per day.
• Recruiting Bonus - 1 cpm.
• Safety Bonus.
