Immediate opening for a Dedicated SOLO Class A CDL Truck Driver in Tanner, AL.

• Base Pay: $1,225 or more per week
• Hourly Pay: $25.81 per hour
• Hours per week: 40 + overtime
• Safety Bonus: $300 four times a year
• Paid training
• Schedule:
  
  Monday – Friday, start time 6:00 AM

• Local Home Daily – Tanner, AL
• Freight:
  Yard Loader, Yard
• Load securement only – steel and metal; auto only restriction not accepted
• Trucks 36 months or newer; maintenance included

• Boot allowance provided
• Paid Personal Time Off starts day 1 – 80 hours accrued first year
• Unused vacation paid at hourly rate

• Minimum age 21
• Pass Ryder drug test
• Pass Ryder background & motor vehicle check, drug & alcohol verification from previous employers for last 3 years
• Pass DOT physical
• Pass Ryder road test
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements
• Class A experience: 9 months within last 3 years OR 2 years within last 5 years OR 5 years within last 10 years
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies and/or procedures

Some positions require additional screening that may include employment and education verification; motor vehicle records check and a road test; and/or badging or background requirements of the customer to which you are assigned.

• Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state laws, regulations and agency rules, standards and guidelines
• Detect and eliminate or minimize safety hazards, maintain accurate records and logs
• Load/unload freight or assist in loading/unloading as required by customer
• Perform other duties as assigned
