We are currently seeking an experienced Iron Worker / Structural Welder for a long-term position based in Mobile, AL.

This role offers steady work with a reputable company, with travel required when needed for various projects.

Job Responsibilities:

* Perform structural welding on steel and iron components

* Erect, align, and secure structural steel

* Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols

* Perform layout, fitting, and fabrication as required

* Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently

* Follow all safety regulations and job-site procedures

Requirements:

* Proven experience as an Iron Worker and/or Structural Welder

* Ability to read blueprints and structural drawings

* Experience with common welding processes (MIG, FCAW, Stick)

* Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor environments

* Willingness to travel when project needs require

* Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
