United Trades of America is seeking experienced Fabrication Pipe fitters for projects in Decatur, AL. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working with various types of pipe systems, including installing, assembling, and maintaining pipes for structural and industrial projects. The pipefitter will be responsible for interpreting blueprints and layouts, cutting and threading pipes, installing pipe hangers and supports, and ensuring systems meet project specifications and safety standards.

* Key Responsibilities:

- Measure, cut, thread, and install pipes according to blueprints and specifications.
- Assemble and install pipes for structural systems, ensuring alignment and proper fit.
- Install pipe hangers, brackets, and clamps as needed for support.
- Conduct pressure tests on pipe systems to identify leaks or defects.
- Read and interpret blueprints, pipe specifications, and layout instructions.
- Work with various materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel, and other alloys.
- Follow safety protocols, including OSHA guidelines, and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Collaborate with welders, fitters, and other trades to complete the project on time and meet quality standards.

** Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a pipefitter in industrial or structural environments.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, piping diagrams, and welding symbols.

- Experience with cutting, threading, and fitting pipes of various materials.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to follow OSHA guidelines.
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials, work in confined spaces, and perform tasks such as climbing ladders, standing for long periods, and kneeling.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

** Compensation:**
